What We're Looking For:

The Product Manager I plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product offerings, ensuring products meet market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role focuses on developing expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovation and business growth. This is an opportunity to influence product vision, solve complex problems, and create value for customers worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs

  • Support the development and delivery of business cases by completing supportive research and other tasks, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align on objectives

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch

  • Develop product lifecycle knowledge for assigned product lines

  • Define and manage product offerings, following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process

  • Oversee post-launch activities such as sales support, and customer presentations

  • Coordinate activities for trade shows, customer demonstrations, and webinar                        

  • Identify improvements to product functionality and user experience

This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) located in the Holtsville, NY location.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related discipline

  • Advanced Degree also acceptable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic problem solving and decision making abilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing user satisfaction

Pay Range:

$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
