MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of the curriculum requirements for a bachelor's degree and (4) years of direct experience in an OKDHS program division or managing a technology environment.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves with KIDS Help Desk answering calls and emails to assist staff with data entry in KIDS application. As well, works with programmers and other staff for data corrections in the system.
- Ensures the proper interpretation and uniform application of policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the agency, as well as state and federal legislation.
- Performs data validation and testing.
- Provides training to DHS staff on the KIDS application, as well as reports and data quality. Training includes in person trainings as well as creation of How To’s and report explanations.
