As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScore’s artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our product team and help drive the company’s product line and contribute directly to the company’s success by making beautiful and smart products that answer the needs of our users. At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

About the Role

  • Own creation, roadmap and features definition for our technical API products and platform capabilities

  • Work with clients to capture requirements and define product features and enhancements

  • Work with engineering and design teams to define product requirements

  • Manage the product roadmap and track product progress

  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions

  • Identify and mitigate product risks

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends

  • Work with senior management on product strategy

  • Manage product backlog and prioritization to drive the successful rollout of features 

  • Drive product adoption and satisfaction by our users

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with complex (data and processes) platform products e.g.., analytics, data science products
  • Ability to convincingly express your opinion and create consensus with engineers, designers and senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
  • High level of English


Other Qualifications

  • Experience with API products and related technical products KPIs
  • Experience with data schema design and ETL processes is required
  • Experience working in HR Tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
