Fugro invites you to join us as a Product Manager in Leidschendam, Netherlands. As our Product Manager, you will champion the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of our groundbreaking product, GroundIQ®. GroundIQ® leverages data analytics to build 3D ground models, enhancing subsurface risk management.
In your role you seek to maximize this product's value by managing and optimizing the product backlog. By understanding the client’s needs, you establish a business case, and translate these needs into product vision and requirements and successfully deliver commercialised innovation to the market.
Your role
-
Understand client needs and marketing opportunities;

Define the product direction, create the user stories, prioritise the backlog and provide feedback to the geophysical innovation team;

Design product business case and the client value proposition;

Follows and delivers Idea2Value / SMART process to manage all aspects of the commercialisation process;

Act as the key interface between the operational business and the geophysical innovation team;

Delivers innovation project on specification, time and within budget as defined by business case.
Your trackrecord
-
You bring 5+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and market success. Experience in a technical or data-driven industry is strongly preferred;

You have in-depth knowledge of geo-data environment;
-
You have 3 years+ experience in business or product development;
-
You are process driven, have attention to detail and are well organized;
-
You have the ability to think outside the box. Re-conceptualize problems and provide solutions;
-
You have excellent English language skills both written and oral.
