Product Manager - Generalist

What you can expect

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Zoom Docs team with a focus on driving product integrations and use-case-driven workflows. This role works across Zoom’s product portfolio (such as Meetings and Team Chat) and with external applications to improve how people use Zoom Docs in their day-to-day work. This role blends product design thinking, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver thoughtful, user-focused features.

Zoom Docs is a strategic pillar in Zoom’s vision to evolve from meetings into a full-scale collaboration platform. It not only extends the meeting lifecycle but also anchors our broader push into modern, AI-powered teamwork. With Zoom Docs, we’re building a next-generation workspace from the ground up, creating greenfield opportunities to innovate at the forefront of this transformation. This role offers the chance to shape a high-impact product at the heart of Zoom’s future.

What we’re looking for

• Have experience building SaaS products for enterprise customers in collaboration or productivity platforms.

• Have a strong understanding of enterprise requirements, including compliance, administrative controls, scalability, and integration extensibility.

• Have the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, security, sales, and engineering teams to build aligned solutions.

• Possess familiarity with platform development, developer APIs, and integration strategies

• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Possess a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
