Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and new product initiatives.
- Explore new ideas, market trends, and technologies — and turn them into actionable insights.
- Contribute to shaping solutions and business strategies across our digital and GenAI products.
- Be deeply involved in product discovery, analysis, and roadmap planning.
- Take initiative, speak your mind, and engage in discussions that drive innovation.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or AI-related products.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business, or Management.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity or keen interest in digital products, software development, or AI-driven solutions, GenAI Product.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
- Graduates from top national or international universities are highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung office
- Direct exposure to CEO-level decision making and strategic initiatives.
- Fast-track career progression — with potential to grow into a Business Analyst or Solutioning role.
