Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be based in Bandung, West Java to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to develop, maintain relationships with key customers, and drive promotional and strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to business growth. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction, managing certain assigned territories.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set by organization, by growing Small to Medium-Sized Business customer segment within the set revenue band or defined customer industry segment.
  • Conduct telephone, virtual and in-person sales calls/meeting with potential accounts to identify customer business needs, introduce additional products and services, and retain existing business within the assigned territory.
  • Generate Revenue and Volume through Conversion, Penetration, and Retention.
  • Manages existing accounts and responds to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely, accurate manner and provides appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS products and services, as well as competitors’ strategies and capabilities, to effectively position UPS solutions.
  • Review existing contracts to ensure contractual compliance with stated terms and facilitate preparation of new contracts that meet customers’ shipping needs.
  • Support and implement regional and local strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles or a corporate sales background. Prior experience and knowledge in dealing with Small Package or Freight Forwarding (Air Freight/Ocean Freight) products and services will be advantageous.
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English language (written and spoken) along with their Native language.  Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which include conducting presentations to stakeholders.
  • Customer-oriented, passionate, sales-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to understand customers’ perspective and deliver tailored solutions that create win-win outcomes.
  • Fast learner with proven sales track record who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
