Develop and implement a robust strategic plan for FX business operations to drive growth and profitability.

Design and execute a detailed FX product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market needs.

Enhance client profitability by ensuring adherence to banking regulations and industry standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with FX transactions to uphold internal policies and regulatory compliance.

Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and detailed financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new FX product initiatives.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of FX products against established KPIs, implementing iterative improvements as necessary.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize insights and prioritize FX product features and enhancements effectively.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of FX products, from conceptualization and development to successful launch and ongoing optimization.

Ensure strict adherence of all FX products to regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance at all times.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business strategies into actionable development tasks, and breaking epics into user stories.

Arrange and prioritize sprints, evaluate progress at each development stage, and provide clear guidance and answers to the Development Team.

Serve as a liaison between product and development, ensuring alignment and effective communication, similar to the role of a Scrum Master
