Your missionGotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join one of our Product Team in Berlin to build tools that help photographers efficiently manage their sessions, from job setup and subject data management to photo capture and delivery.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager, who works closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to identify high-impact problems, define and prioritize solutions, and deliver valuable improvements for our users, many of whom are small business owners.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on a core part of our product.
You will be reporting to Jerome, Group Product Manager.
Responsibilities
You conduct user research and analyze data with a focus on identifying opportunities to increase average order value and upselling potential
You define the product vision and roadmap for sales enablement initiatives, aligning with company goals around customer success and revenue growth
You translate user problems into clearly scoped and prioritized product requirements.
You collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketing, and sales to build and iterate on high-quality, conversion-boosting solutions
You own and measure success through relevant KPIs (e.g. basket size, conversion rate, feature adoption), using insights to improve the product continuously
You have in-depth product management experience leading marketing automation initiatives and defining pricing & packaging strategies for scalable SaaS products
You have a strong background in identifying revenue growth opportunities, especially by empowering users (e.g. photographers) to upsell or cross-sell more effectively to their customers
You are highly proficient in agile methodologies and user-centric development, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and learning quickly from real user behavior
You have in-depth experience with analytics tools and data-informed decision making, particularly in the context of tracking conversion, average order value, and campaign success
You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into business impact
You have the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver high-impact solutions for our photographer customers
We work in a flexible hybrid model at GotPhoto, leveraging the best of both worlds, with our office at Hausvogteiplatz serving as our central hub for collaboration in Berlin
