Your tasks:
As Senior Product Manager Acquisition and Growth, you are the driving force behind scaling Statista’s digital revenue engine and ensure that we generate high quality and quantity of leads and our products effectively convert, activate, and retain users across the entire funnel.
Contribute to Statista’s product strategy with a clear vision for acquisition and growth, focusing on lead generation, digital sales, and user activation
Lead continuous discovery to deeply understand customer needs and maintain an opportunity backlog, including AI prototypes for solution ideas
Drive quarterly OKR alignment, define priorities, and shape the product roadmap in close collaboration with your Engineering Manager and leadership
Own and manage key business KPIs, regularly track performance, and derive actionable insights and validate hypothesis in A/B tests to optimize conversion and growth
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and MarTech to deliver the best possible business outcomes
Optimize the end-to-end user journey including paywall, onboarding, and activation flows to increase registrations, purchases, and engagement
Your profile:
Strong background (8+ years) in digital product management within complex and data driven environments, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital subscription models
Strategic and analytical thinker, based on first principles, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to form and validate hypotheses on both strategic and operational levels
Clarity in communication – with customers, engineering, revenue colleagues and leadership
Familiarity with AI-driven products and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and integrate them into product development and daily workflows
Track record of driving product discovery, executing agile development processes, and making data-informed decisions
Experience working with acquisition, conversion optimization, and onboarding funnels, with a strong understanding of digital sales mechanics
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, align diverse stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
Ability to balance long-term product strategy with technical considerations such as scalability and tech debt management
Your team:
You’ll join an existing, highly skilled and motivated Product Engineering team with an Engineering Manager as your counterpart, and a designated Product Designer. Reporting to the Director Product GTM, you’ll work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, and data experts who are passionate about experimenting, innovating, and driving our product mission of enabling people with trusted data.
