In this role, you will shape how surgical visualization solutions are positioned, adopted, and expanded across Korea—working closely with surgeons, hospitals, and commercial teams. You will lead portfolio decisions that influence procedure growth in key surgical specialties and strengthen a broader operating room ecosystem approach.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Endoscopy portfolio in Korea, aligned to local business priorities and regional direction.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including positioning, launch planning, in-market optimization, and portfolio rationalization to improve growth and competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, surgical workflow, and competitor activity to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to support opportunity development, pipeline acceleration, and strategic account initiatives for capital equipment and ecosystem adoption.
- Drive procedure-based market development programs across General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and Gynecologic Oncology to expand utilization.
- Engage key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders to increase adoption of surgical visualization technologies through evidence-based messaging and clinical partnership.
- Deliver product and clinical training grounded in surgical anatomy and procedural workflow; plan and execute workshops, symposiums, and customer education programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, pricing, finance, and commercial teams to support demand planning, forecasting, and business execution.
What you will need
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical device sales or product management.
- Experience supporting hospital operating room environments and clinical stakeholders.
- Native-level Korean language capability.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting one or more surgical specialties: General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, or Gynecologic Oncology.
- Experience supporting minimally invasive surgery (MIS) device portfolios and/or capital equipment portfolios.
