Equifax is hiring a highly strategic and results-oriented Internal Product Manager to own, define, manage, and drive the internal product roadmap and delivery of billing / financial systems update / initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Align to a strategic and complex business unit/internal system/service/process to define, negotiate and maintain a prioritized internal product roadmap that maps business goals and our vision for scale, innovation, and efficiency while also identifying benefits/risks to build-buy approach
- Lead the build of the internal roadmap by understanding internal customer/department needs, business goals, approaches and complexities
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs, define all product elements and ensure deep understanding of the impact on the business, teams and end user/customers
- Produce communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmaps
- Drive cross alliance collaboration and prioritization on solutions
- Own and maintain a Global Catalog of products and services
- Manage strategic dependencies across the enterprise
- Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with teams across technology and collaborate with engineers, designers and other product teams and stakeholders to build solutions and implement successfully
- Gather and analyze feedback during build to ensure needs are met and implement changes and improvements as identified
- Define and monitor KPIs and proactively communicate results to both senior leadership and a broad cross-functional audience
- Identify and resolve strategic issues that may impede team’s ability to meet their goals
- Review, standardize and document procedures to improve efficiency of the Alliances Financial Operations
- Drive continuous process improvements and innovations in partnership with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain plan to ensure accurate billing and rev share calculations for all alliance partners
- Develop and coordinate system enhancements with IT team
- Liaison between Alliances/Billing/Revenue/Operations/Technology/Global Financial Systems Teams
What experience you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred. MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Detail oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Tableau, or similar BI programs, a plus.
