Job Description

Shape the Future of EV Charging

Are you ready to drive real change in electric mobility? We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving meaningful problems for customers and the business, who is passionate about delightful customer experiences, and who thrives in empowered, outcome-driven teams.

Circle K is both a charge point operator and a retail operator, well positioned to lead the transition from fuel to EV through a well-integrated and seamless customer offer. In mature markets such as Scandinavia, we are a preferred charging brand, reflecting what we have achieved so far. We are now reshaping our platform and ways of working to scale across Europe.

You will help us deliver a charging experience in our Circle K app that connects seamlessly with other Circle K services and stands out from the competition. The role will strengthen a consistent channel experience across our customer touchpoints, with ownership of a specific customer experience. You will also help operationalize, refine, and drive our ways of working and collaboration models.

What You'll Do

·     Own Problems, Not Just Solutions: Take ownership of customer and business problems and be measured by the outcomes delivered, not only the features shipped.

·     Champion Customer Value: Build a deep understanding of charging journeys, customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through continuous discovery. Turn insights into clear priorities and a coherent experience across channels and charging capabilities.

·     Drive Business Outcomes: Connect product direction to business objectives. Use data, market insight, and experimentation to prioritize work that creates measurable value and helps us scale across Europe.

·     Bridge Platforms and Channels: Connect customer-facing journeys with the capabilities that enable them. Build shared understanding, clarify dependencies, and help teams make effective end-to-end decisions across organizational boundaries.

·     Lead Through Ambiguity and Transformation: Build on the work already underway by helping operationalize, refine, and embed the collaboration model and operating model being developed by Circle K.

·     Lead with Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, commercial, operations, and other product teams. Build trusted relationships and influence across organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.

·     Embrace Continuous Learning: Learn through customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation. Adapt quickly and make evidence-based decisions that reduce risk and avoid costly mistakes.

·     Model Product Leadership: Support an empowered, outcome-focused product culture. Bring people together around the problem, facilitate trade-offs, and help the wider organization adopt effective product practices.

What Makes You a Fit

·     Oslo-based: This position is based in Oslo. You must be able to work closely and regularly with key stakeholders and teams there.

·     EV charging experience: Understanding of EV charging and the surrounding customer, commercial, and technology ecosystem is a plus.

·     Product management track record: Demonstrated experience delivering measurable outcomes, not only outputs, in product management.

·     Transformation leadership: Proven ability to move an organization forward through change, evolving collaboration models, or complex cross-functional transformation. You create productivity and momentum even when uncertainty exists.

·     Influence across boundaries: Strong stakeholder leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to align teams, clarify decisions, and drive progress without formal authority.

·     Customer and business understanding: Deep customer empathy combined with strong business acumen. You can translate insight and data into priorities that create customer and company value.

·     Technical fluency: Sufficient technical understanding to partner effectively with engineers and navigate complex platforms, integrations, and dependencies.

·     Growth mindset: Comfortable with change, learning, candid dialogue, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for difference-makers, not box tickers. If you think this sounds exciting, can work from our Oslo office, and have a proven record of creating impact, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every point.

Why Join Us?

·        Help turn an active cross-functional transformation initiative into practical and effective ways of working.

·        Help shape how we work together to deliver better end-to-end charging experiences.

·        Work in a culture that empowers you to solve meaningful problems and create measurable impact.

·        Help build the future of mobility across Europe and North America for customers, the business, and society.
