  • Maximize landing page conversion: Define and deliver a strategy to optimize the landing experience and maximize conversion from all channels. You will leverage AB tests to run experiments and drive our Land-to-Book conversion targets.
  • Navigate cross-functional alignment: Act as the go-to product person for all Discover topics. Communicate the strategy, formalize major decisions, and ensure alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data, and Business teams.
  • Manage the Busfor platform: Act as the referent Product Manager for Busfor, a standalone brand acquired and owned by BlaBlaCar operating in Eastern Europe

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of Product Management. An experience in top-of-funnel acquisition, growth, or SEO is preferred but not required.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with a proven track record of using A/B testing to deliver fast, incremental impact on conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional relationships, gain buy-in, and clearly communicate prioritization decisions.
  • Languages: Full fluency in English is mandatory.
