Owns brand design projects from concept through production, evolves BlaBlaCar’s visual system, and creates polished work across campaigns, digital, video, and motion. The role requires strong typography, layout, color, illustration, animation, and stakeholder collaboration skills, plus fluency in Figma, Adobe tools, and AI-assisted design workflows. The designer independently manages complex projects, maintains brand guidelines and assets, and presents and defends creative decisions across teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, metrics, and outcomes for BlaBlaCar’s Carpool Experience products, including negotiation, messaging, GPS tracking, post-ride trust features, communications, and marketing tools. Lead experimentation and global rollouts, present decisions and trade-offs to the Executive Committee, collaborate with Legal, Privacy, engineering, and country teams, and coach other product managers. Drive measurable impact across passenger experience, GMV, conversion, reliability, and costs.

Own the Discover product scope and passenger upper-funnel journey, shaping strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and execution. Drive SEO and AI-search acquisition, improve landing-page conversion through A/B testing, and align Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders. Co-lead a squad of six front-end engineers and serve as the product lead for the Busfor platform.

Drive decision-making by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to frame questions, run end-to-end analyses on member and marketplace behaviour, interpret experiments, build narratives and recommendations, improve data product quality, and document reusable business knowledge. Use SQL and data visualisation to explain trends and size opportunities; leverage GenAI tools prudently.

Own and operate global compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Responsibilities include salary architecture, grading, benchmarking, variable compensation, equity administration, employee savings, benefits, budgeting, annual compensation reviews, Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, pay equity analysis, EU Pay Transparency readiness, and preparation of Remuneration Committee materials.

Develop and maintain reliable, scalable payment platforms supporting the full payment lifecycle, fraud prevention, compliance, payment method integrations, and payment service providers. Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, alerting, and support. Collaborate with product, design, frontend, technical, and business teams to define features and deliver effective solutions.

Join the Foundations SRE team to build and maintain observability, alerting, and incident-management tooling and processes. Own SLO/SLI frameworks, lead incident response when needed, automate reliability with Terraform/Go tooling, and drive operational reporting and continuous improvement.
