Product Manager (d/f/m) Toilet Solutions Region Central
As Product Manager you will support the development and implementation of the Product Strategy and execute the tactical plans based on prioritized segments across Europe. Within the Product Marketing team you will execute assortment strategies that build value focusing on: launch excellence, training, communication or product portfolio management and assortment optimization.
Working in a matrix organization, you will need to build and manage various relationships across marketing, sales, innovation, research & development, and manufacturing.
As Product Manager of a specific category and towards a dedicated region, this role covers Europe with a focus on Region Central and is located in Mannheim, Germany.
Your Role

As subject matter expert the Product Manager is responsible of the execution of the product strategy, and tactical plans for the assigned Category(ies) in alignment with the SPM

Support the regional and local market execution of product launches & launch follow-up

As an active participant in innovation projects, provide Business Unit input by gathering and consolidating regional market and end-user insight information and supporting product business cases from feasibility to launch

Execute Assortment Optimization plans in line with product assortment strategy

Contribute to the business success through analyzing the category P&L and setting, tracking, and achievement of category KPI’s

Is responsible of the creation for all product specifications, including SAP article setup, PIPO, data activation and deactivation, packaging specifications, and confirmation of specification accuracy in all packaging artwork and other marketing asset deliverables
You Identify Yourself With

Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant discipline

Minimum Three (3) years of related experience in a product or related Marketing role

Proven Product and or Brand Marketing experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization

Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills required and ability to work independently

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding and good communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to travel to domestic and international locations up to 20% and advance German language skills
