The Impact of Product Manager to Coupa:
Coupa Treasury is a full-fledged treasury management system that offers all relevant treasury functionalities and beyond for companies looking for treasury solutions. Fully automated cash management processes help to drive decision making, whereby exceptions from the automation processes are caught and brought up to the Cash manager to investigate on it. Furthermore, the system offers payment integration, financial instrument handling, liquidity planning, netting, accounting integration and more to drive value for our customers.
As a Product Manager on the Coupa Treasury team, you’ll help us define and build a product that solves customers’ pain points and is intuitive to use. You will collaborate with our global engineering, user experience, and business teams as well as our customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness; a big-picture vision and an internal drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy digging deeper, collaborating, rolling up your sleeves, and getting it done.
What you will do:
- Define detailed feature requirements in partnership with Engineering, UX, as well as customers.
- Balance innovation, customer, and market needs to deliver delightful, useful, and consumer-like experiences.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between other product areas and the wider organization.
- Measure success of your product, drive business growth, feature adoption, through continuous improvement of features, and cross-functional & customer enablement.
- Handle customer escalations, troubleshoot and resolve together with Engineering and Support teams.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 3+ years of work experience,
- Ability to convert complex and ambiguous customer problems into concrete, delightful product features.
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts effectively based on the audience.
- Strong sense of ownership, biased towards action, and ability to collaborate with others.
- Enthusiasm for learning, self-starting, and thriving in a fast-moving company environment.
- Fluent in English; any other language (German, French, …)is an advantage.
- Work experience in Product Management in B2B software development.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management e.g. Cash management, Liquidity management or Hedging Instruments.
- Relevant degree qualification in a numerate subject - e.g. economics/finance, engineering, mathematics, physics.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
