The position includes responsibility for managing a product portfolio, from the stage of initiation, through development and implementation, to full product lifecycle ownership.
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to develop new products and leading the ongoing evolution and improvement of existing products and platforms, while streamlining internal processes and driving innovation across the organization.
The role involves working with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization - R&D, sales, marketing, data – as well as with international teams.
You will work closely with engineering teams using Agile methodologies, leading backlog refinement, defining user stories and product specs, and driving system integrations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or financial domain, with a clear focus on B2B products - this is a must.
- Proven experience in writing detailed product specifications, managing sprints, and working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of the credit or financial domain - a strong advantage.
- Experience working in Agile environments with both local and distributed teams.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s - a plus.
- Hybrid work model from our offices in Bnei Brak.
