Product Manager, Credit Cards Portfolio Team is an independent intermediate level position responsible for developing the product, maintaining its profitability and compliance with respective laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with other Product Managers in creating client value proposition allowing to increase share of market and obtain competitive position
- Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
- Utilize specialty knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions, as well as develop and communicate a business plan on marketplace approach
- Contribute to day-to-day product processes for credit cards including plans and offers delivery, client experience and client communications strategy
- Partner with technology teams in creating and implementing changes required to improve processes’ UX and assuring compliance with laws/regulations
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of the business
- Analytical skills
- Sufficient English – both written and verbal (min. B2)
- Ability to work with internal/external partners to deliver customer-facing solutions
- Ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Business acumen with ability to review alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
