Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building the product content ecosystem, deeply understanding and analyzing the player-driven creative ecosystem. Plan marketing campaigns based on product features, user insights, and trending topics, participate in execution, and take accountability for communication results.
  • Oversee and manage the development of the player UGC ecosystem, optimize ecosystem operation strategies, design omni-channelplayer ecosystem operation plans, and drive implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze content operation data,employ various operational methods to enhance business objectives, and take responsibility for multiple metrics such as content creation, consumption, and traffic acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-quality content creators, conduct periodic user research, and optimize the content ecosystem. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability touse English as a working language; 
  • Experience in overseas content creator operations and building overseas content ecosystems is preferred.
  • Deep understanding and insights into content formats and creation ecosystems such as short/long videos and live streaming,strong content comprehension, and user empathy, with the ability to drive business growth from a user-centric perspective.
  • Platform-oriented mindset, with experience inuser, creator, and content operations, skilled in retrospectives, and result-and data-driven approach.
  • Strong sense of ownership, excellent project leadership skills, capable of handling multitasking, and independently solve problems with self-driven motivation.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and team members based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.
