What you'll do:
- Own and execute the marketing strategy for Moonsong Labs, with a primary focus on reaching and engaging decision-makers at regulated financial institutions, fintechs, and TradFi firms exploring blockchain adoption.
- Develop messaging and positioning that speaks directly to the priorities of regulated finance buyers - security, compliance, reliability, and institutional-grade engineering.
- Build and manage MSL’s content engine: thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and technical content that demonstrates deep domain expertise at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and financial services.
- Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, content marketing, events, webinars and strategic partnerships.
- Own MSL’s digital presence including website, social media channels, and newsletter to build brand authority in the blockchain-for-finance space.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and BD to align marketing efforts with sales pipeline goals and target account strategies.
- Create effective sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners, technology platforms, and industry bodies relevant to financial services.
What you'll bring:
- 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, with significant time spent marketing to buyers in traditional finance, fintech, and financial infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives around complex, technical products or services for a sophisticated, compliance-aware audience.
- Experience with B2B marketing for professional services, enterprise software, or developer platforms.
- Strong content marketing skills with a portfolio that includes thought leadership, case studies, or industry-specific campaigns targeting financial services.
- Understanding of the blockchain in regulated finance is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating as an IC in a lean, fast-moving environment. You are a self-starter who can build a marketing function with minimal oversight.
- Excellent analytical skills - you make decisions based on data and can tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
- A strong network in fintech, TradFi, or financial services marketing circles is a significant plus.
