Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and talented Product Manager to help define and drive the roadmap for consumer data and analytics initiatives within our Data & Analytics department. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the Consumer Analytics strategy, ensuring that data platforms, insights, and solutions empower personalization, customer understanding, and impactful decision-making across the business. Acting as a bridge between business leaders and technical teams, you will take ownership of prioritizing and delivering analytics products that align with company objectives and inspire innovation in how we use data to drive value.
Qualifications
What you’ll get to do:
- Help establish and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Consumer Analytics, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company’s broader data and analytics objectives.
- Develop and manage the Consumer Analytics roadmap by prioritizing key initiatives, assessing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products, from ideation through delivery, ensuring features and solutions meet business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, align on technical solutions, and drive successful implementation of consumer data projects.
- Act as a thought leader by identifying opportunities for leveraging analytics to solve business challenges, improve customer engagement, and enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
- Deliver compelling updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, communicating the value of Consumer Analytics initiatives and aligning teams around the roadmap and priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Vuori’s consumer analytics strategy, ensuring it remains innovative and forward-thinking.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager with expertise in data, analytics, and consumer insights.
- Proven ability to define strategy and roadmap for analytics products, driving alignment and delivering impactful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management principles, and tools for analytics product development.
- Expertise in consumer data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and identity resolution for personalization and segmentation.
- Deep understanding of consumer retail processes, including customer journeys, loyalty programs, and omni-channel strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver results.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 per year - $165,000 per year.
