主な職務内容：ハードウェア認証サポート
プロセスマネジメント： 米国のコンプライアンスチームと連携し、日本市場向け新製品の認証状況をモニタリング・管理する。
法規制対応： 日本の関連規制（VCCI、電波法／電気通信事業法に基づく技術基準適合証明・Giteki、PSE）に関する最新情報を把握し、関係チームへ共有・展開する。
リリースサポート： 認証の進捗状況に基づき、ローカライゼーションの状況を確認し、サポート体制を確認するとともに、販売代理店向けのSKU単位での製品情報を管理する。
ステークホルダーマネジメント： 認証に関する社内チームおよび販売パートナーの主要な窓口となり、必要に応じて政府当局や認証機関との交渉・調整を行う。
プロセス改善： 製品展開時に発生する問題を解決するため、是正措置や業務効率化・プロセス改善を推進する。

Job Role: Hardware Certification & Program Management (Japan Market)
Role Overview This position provides comprehensive support for the hardware certification process for products in the Japanese market. You will act as a key liaison between the U.S. headquarters compliance team and local stakeholders to ensure seamless product deployment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Hardware Certification Support
- Process Management: Monitor and manage the certification status of new products intended for the Japanese market in collaboration with the U.S. compliance team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Track and disseminate updates regarding Japanese regulations (VCCI, Radio/Telecom Giteki, PSE) to relevant teams.
- Release Support: Verify localization status, confirm support systems, and manage SKU-level product information for distributors based on certification progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for internal teams and sales partners regarding certification; negotiate with government authorities and certification bodies as needed.
- Process Improvement: Drive corrective actions and efficiency improvements to resolve issues during product deployment.
