Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $91,000.00 - $121,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About this Job
The main purpose of this job is to support the growth and profitability of the Wire Transfer and Instant Payments products, which includes oversight of development, enhancement, and optimization of these offerings.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to develop, refine, expand, and execute the Wire Transfer & Instant Payments product strategies, aligning with the bank’s overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product enhancements and innovations.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify gaps, address customer pain points, and propose product improvements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring smooth implementation of product features.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support, to understand their needs and align development initiatives.
- Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure market success.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams on regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure compliance within payment offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Working understanding of Treasury Payments products, namely Wire Transfer and Real Time/Instant Payments
Knowledge of agile development methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5+ years product management/development or equivalent experience in Commercial payments/cash management, product and/or project management required
Product management experience and deep understanding of product lifecycle required
Development or business analysis background preferred
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $91,000 to $121,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
