Job Purpose:
Our Product Manager will have full ownership of various product categories and will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan. This role will establish: Where to Play, How to Win, and what Capabilities & Tracking are needed to achieve their specific financial targets.Job Responsibilities:
● Manage all aspects of product and vendor management including: strategy, programs to create demand, financials, cross functional and vendor relationships, product selection, negotiation and deal closure.● Manage the financials including sales results, item lifecycle, returns, margins, program dollars, terms and conditions, and corporate goals, supported by Finance Team.
● Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned product line.
● Analyze product category performance and make decisions to maximize sales performance as well as income performance.
● Develop product plans and strategy to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment with overall plans, program direction, and needed actions.
● Create, manage and track product promotions.
● Own the cost management process including negotiations, vendor compliance, and system implementation.
● Review and approve requests for new items to be added to product offering and ensures vendor selection is appropriate and profitability metrics are met based on guidelines.
● Manage the quality and performance of assigned products by use of a Supplier Vendor Scorecard Manage detailed projects across many departments within the organization.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for cold chain packaging solutions (passive and/or active systems).
● Lead product launch planning, including go-to-market strategies, training, and sales enablement.
● Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive product innovation.
● Develop business cases, including pricing strategy, cost targets, and margin expectations.
● Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical distribution (FDA, EMA GDP).
● 5–10+ years of experience in product management, cold chain packaging, or temperature-controlled logistics. Strong understanding of cold chain packaging systems, including thermal performance and distribution environments.
● Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries strongly preferred.
● Familiarity with industry standards (ISTA, ASTM, GDP) and validation processes.
● Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-centric solutions.
● Experience with stage-gate product development processes.
● Strong financial acumen, including cost modeling and pricing strategies.
● Demonstrated ability to present and clearly define sourcing strategy to varied audiences.
● Metrics driven as strong analytical skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.

● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
