Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This will be 1 year contract role
• Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global & regional marketing strategy
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development
• Provide country level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers
• Develop, localize and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns, customer education programs and patients’ campaign etc.
• Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs
• Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits
• Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders
• Organize and manage local congresses / meetings
• Provide key customer insights & market trends incl. competitor intelligence to BU head, country leadership team and/or regional and global business unit from all relevant stakeholders
• Strong collaboration with cross functional teams (MA, RA, QA, SCM, HEGA, Finance etc.) for any product launches and supply chain and operations
• Travel Requirements: Upon business needs, 2~30%
• Language Skills Required: Korean, English

Skills & Experience:

Required education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience of marketing/sales in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry (Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience)
• Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning
• Result and performance driven to focus on driving patients and customer value in the market
• Competencies in collaboration, communication, teamwork, customer focus, and achieving results
• Computer proficiency: MS-office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
