Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for product management in the areas of BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards)
Development and optimization of product strategies, taking into account current regulatory requirements and market trends
Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Audit, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders
Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify growth potential
Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market launch
Supporting sales through technical expertise and customer presentations
Ensuring compliance with international standards and continuously improving existing processes
Ihr Profil
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, quality management, business administration, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in product management or in the field of food safety/quality management
In-depth knowledge of the BRCGS standards
Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with international clients and on international projects is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
