Your mission

  • Brand Strategy and Development:
    • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Participate in the development of a local marketing strategy
    • Ensure all creative assets, communications, and product developments adhere to brand guidelines
    • Adapt and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
    • Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs
    • Contribute to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate digital division and ensure a good return on investment
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Marketing and Sales:
    • Create and execute Marketing & PR/communication plans to drive brand/product awareness and sales.
    • Develop and Oversee marketing campaign across touch points.
    • Manage relationship with KOLs & Affiliate, acting as a brand ambassador.
    • Work closely with the Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing & Ecom teams to develop promotional activities.
    • Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
    • Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan in your area and monitor its application in relation to field teams
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, market share, and ROI to evaluate success
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, QRVI (QA, RA, Vigilance), Compliance, Commercial Excellence.
    • Present product updates and performance reports to the Marketing Manager and senior management.
    • Act as the main point of contact for all brand/product-related inquiries.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the budget for the brand.
    • Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide a good return on investment.
