Your mission- Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Participate in the development of a local marketing strategy
- Ensure all creative assets, communications, and product developments adhere to brand guidelines
- Adapt and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs
- Contribute to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate digital division and ensure a good return on investment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Create and execute Marketing & PR/communication plans to drive brand/product awareness and sales.
- Develop and Oversee marketing campaign across touch points.
- Manage relationship with KOLs & Affiliate, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing & Ecom teams to develop promotional activities.
- Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan in your area and monitor its application in relation to field teams
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, market share, and ROI to evaluate success
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, QRVI (QA, RA, Vigilance), Compliance, Commercial Excellence.
- Present product updates and performance reports to the Marketing Manager and senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all brand/product-related inquiries.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the brand.
- Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide a good return on investment.
