The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Mundipharma Korea’s analgesic portfolio to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen market leadership. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand positioning, strong customer engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for analgesic products aligned with global and local business objectives
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
-Define clear brand positioning and value proposition
Marketing Execution
-Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements
-Develop high-quality marketing materials and digital engagement initiatives
-Manage product lifecycle, including launch planning, growth strategies, and optimization
Customer & Stakeholder Management
-Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
-Collaborate with field force to ensure effective communication of key messages
-Support sales teams through training, tools, and insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales, and Global teams
-Ensure alignment of local strategies with global brand direction
-Contribute to forecasting and demand planning
Performance Management
-Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales trends, and ROI
-Track KPIs and optimize strategies based on data insights
-Manage marketing budget efficiently
Required Experiences
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales, preferably in pain management or specialty care
Proven track record in brand management and successful marketing execution
Knowledge and Skills
Strong analytical skills (IQVIA, SS chart, UBIST, HIRA etc.) and business acumen
High understanding of commercial excellence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
