Product Manager (all genders) Toll Tribe
full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility’s product strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives
Shape and evolve the product vision for the European Fleet Management platform
Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing impact, cost, and feasibility
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
Use customer insights, market research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance
Your profile:
Bring 3–5 years of experience in product management within a tech-driven or innovative environment, along with a relevant university degree
Apply strong knowledge of agile frameworks, product strategy, and user research methods; experience in the mobility or tolling industry is a plus
Demonstrate strong expertise in product discovery, design, and lifecycle management
Communicate clearly across stakeholders and work in a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way
Take a hands-on approach and use data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact
Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
