The Product Manager is a remote position responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives through influence and structured planning. This role is primarily accountable for driving product line growth and profitability throughout the product lifecycle. Key metrics include product line revenue, margin, and vitality. While the Product Manager does not have direct authority over commercial, technical, and operations resources, the role requires active collaboration and engagement with these teams to achieve business objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage product line performance. - Apply 8020 principles to optimize product offerings and manage lifecycle complexity
- Develop, execute, and maintain product line strategies, product plans, and roadmaps based on market insights
- Define, launch, and track all new product offerings
- Create and implement product line marketing plans
- Lead and oversee the product development process
- Participate in setting overall business strategic direction
- Participate in executing overall business strategy
