Our Galway R&D centre is Ministry Brands' global AI R&D hub and is in the middle of a major expansion as we deliver a multi-year AI-native transformation of our product portfolio.

What You Will Do

As the Product Manager – AI, you will drive how artificial intelligence is embedded across our product portfolio, shaping a unified intelligence layer that makes every product smarter, faster, and more valuable to the organisations we serve. You will also own Amplify Equip, our AI-powered content creation module, from strategy through delivery. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring AI capabilities to market responsibly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Product Development: Manage the lifecycle of AI features from ideation to launch, including defining use cases, writing product specifications, and partnering with engineering and design to ship AI capabilities across the product portfolio. Owns the completion of committed AI initiatives in the quarter.

  • AI Landscape & Market Research: Track the evolving AI landscape, including models, tooling, and competitor AI offerings. Translate emerging capabilities into practical opportunities for our customers and define how our AI offering is positioned in the market.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse AI feature usage, adoption, quality, and cost-to-serve. Use analytics and model evaluation data to identify what is working, where output quality must improve, and where investment will return the most value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch AI capabilities and enable teams to sell and support them. Serves as the AI product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Participates in sprint meetings and backlog refinement sessions.

  • Customer Feedback & AI Trust: Engage with customers to gather feedback on AI features, output quality, and trust. Champion responsible AI practices so capabilities are accurate, safe, and appropriate for the organisations we serve.

  • Prioritisation: Prioritise the AI backlog by evaluating business value, customer impact, model feasibility, and cost. Manages the backlog and reprioritises as the AI landscape and customer needs evolve.

  • Support Execution: Execute AI initiatives and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with the broader AI and platform strategy. Owns the sprint and quarterly coordination of key AI initiatives, including Amplify Equip releases.
