The Product Manager, AI is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader responsible for the definition and delivery of AI agents and frameworks built on top of SIMPRO FSMs. In this role, they will translate commercial partnership opportunities into scalable AI solutions that unlock new monetization avenues with an AI-first approach. They must be “scrappy and adaptable, capable of navigating a hyper-competitive and constantly changing AI market. We are looking for someone with an aggressive entrepreneurial approach who can figure things out as they go, balancing the need for "speed to deploy" with the delivery of high-quality, market-leading products. Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Commercial Discovery: Collaborate with the product and commercial teams to quickly identify high-impact, monetizable AI use cases, moving fast to capture market opportunities before competitors do.
Value Definition: Define detailed product requirements and user stories with a strict focus on maximizing customer value and revenue potential with an AI-first approach, as an example using coding tools or app-creation tools to create prototypes and drive PRDs and user stories automatically from them.
Cross-Functional Agility: Work tightly with SIMPRO Product and R&D teams to ensure AI frameworks utilize the core platform effectively while serving as the product owner for the AI/ML Engineering team.
Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop product positioning and launch plans that articulate the unique commercial value proposition of our AI solutions to partners.
Ethics & Governance: Lead product-level considerations for AI ethics and compliance, ensuring automated decision-making meets industry standards for our partners.
Required Qualifications
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to operate with an aggressive, self-starter attitude; "scrappy" and comfortable figuring things out in real-time without a distinct playbook.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI/ML-powered products or platform integrations during the last couple of years of the GenAI era/agentic frameworks.
Proven ability to define and launch scalable software products in a B2B environment, specifically demonstrating speed to market.
Strong conceptual technical fluency, including an understanding of how agentic models are deployed.
Experience with the specific challenges of real-time conversational AI or LLM integration is a strong plus.
