Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ZEN product development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly embedded databases.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with IoT and edge computing solutions.
- Experience in working with developers' communities.
- Familiarity with similar No SQL database technology or similar database products.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
