Primary Function:
Collaborate with the Product Manager, iMRI Suite to define the scope of Cook’s iMRI Suite deployment service offering.
Assist in the development, and communication, of the global strategy for iMRI Suite Deployment Services
Lead delivery of iMRI Suite deployment services in alignment with division and company business goals, vision and strategy.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with relevant internal and external (including MRI manufacturer) stakeholders to identify and establish iMRI Suite installation and coordination needs, in collaboration with strategic enablement and iMRI Suite Product Management.
Attend meetings with customers to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business.
Lead and complete individual customer deployment projects in a timely manner.
Train and mentor iMRI Suite Deployment leads that may be hired.
Responsible for the availability and efficiency of deployment services methods and service delivery tools.
Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of relevant customer needs, market specific hospital building guidelines and deployment services partners and contractors.
Develop and drive the deployment services offerings and capabilities as iMRI practices and market needs evolve over time.
Communicate with iMRI Division leadership regarding matters of significance to iMRI Suite deployment Services. Collaborate with Product Manager, iMRI Suite and senior leadership to improve upon existing processes and systems.
Work closely with stakeholders within the Division, Marketing, company Functions, and Operational Units (including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and other
groups) to implement the strategy for iMRI Suite deployment services and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects.
Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting appropriate pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities, in collaboration with commercial business and other company teams.
Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific
requirements are met.
Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.
QualificationsRequired Experience:
College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 7 to 10 years relevant work experience in MRI system installation.
Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent) may reduce the years of experience requirement.
Proven record of leading and executing large and complex installation projects.
Demonstrates mastery level knowledge of applicable product line(s) and/or market.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in interventional MRI installation experience.
Experience collaborating with Siemens product and installation organizations.
Models the company standards that others are expected to follow.
Demonstrates positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving
objectives.
Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and presentations skills.
Demonstrates the ability to think strategically.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to travel internationally, domestically and weekends as needed up to 25%.
Work under general office environmental conditions.

Skills Required
