Team Purpose: The Mobile & Digital Identity team is dedicated to creating products that streamline passenger processing, enhance security, and improve overall efficiency thanks to the use of biometric technology and mobile wallets. Our product portfolio includes passenger document verification, biometric enrolment and digital ID management solutions.

This position: We are looking for a talented product manager to join a small team of product managers responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle. Your role will involve strategic planning, product development, and market analysis to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. We seek someone motivated by emerging standards and technologies. Expertise in digital identity and digital wallets will clearly be a plus, as well as a strong desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment (working in SAFe).

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to decommissioning.

  • Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or enhancements.

  • Initiate technical feasibility studies with R&D counterparts.

  • Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Marketing Management, Engineering and Operations to recommend priorities and define product release plans.

  • Review functional specifications to ensure they meet identified customer and market needs.

  • Perform opportunity validations for new products or enhancements by monitoring the market and our competition.

  • Calculate business cases and conduct regular product health checks.

  • Manage budget and resources and monitor product profitability.

The ideal candidate

  • Background in digital identity and/or digital wallets is a strong plus

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in agile methodologies is a plus

  • Strong adaptability
