Product Management Internship (m/f/x)

We are looking for an intern to join us this summer for a 3‑month internship on our Product Management team, supporting our mission to advance AI‑powered observability and help customers turn the complexity of modern digital ecosystems into powerful business value. As a Product Management Intern, you will contribute to initiatives that enable organizations to analyze every transaction, automate at the speed of AI, and innovate without limits.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of the GTM team, you will be a part of the team focused on highlighting successful Saas customer stories
• Craft a compelling website with persuasive content to get Customers excited about move from on-prem to Saas
• Add value by assessing existing resources that are utilized the most and make recommendations to effectively improve migration experience
• Identify areas to improve the customer experience for Saas migration
• Work cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales and customer service to deliver a good migration experience
  

The Product Management Intern will partner with Senior Product Managers, Software Engineers, Marketing Teams, Sales Executives and Customer Service Managers to gain hands-on industry experience in the Product Management field.

• Education: Currently working towards an MBA, Business Informatics, Management, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related field
• Local to Vienna
• Considering a career in Marketing, Go-to- Market Strategies or a similar field
• Prior customer facing experience or an interest in being customer facing
• Academic focus on Go-to-Market Strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
