The Role

PayMongo builds the most advanced online payments infrastructure in SE Asia, starting in the Philippines. Over the next few years, we will build a broad suite of products that aims to lower the barriers and remove all the complexities in payments. We are rapidly expanding to serve diverse needs of thousands of business. To continue on this exponential period of growth, we seek to build the best and the most diverse team of thinkers, doers and starters.

As an Intern for the Product Management team at PayMongo, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with a core team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers and Agile Coaches as we build incredible products and features that serve thousands of businesses. You will have the opportunity to partner and collaborate across various internal and external teams, develop a deep understanding of our customers and technology.

You will:

Assist with discovery work to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive analysis. Analyze data to provide insights that inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to define product requirements and specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of product roadmaps
Support in project planning and execution by creating timelines, tracking progress and coordinating tasks across different teams
Assist in identifying and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
Support the creation and maintenance of product related documentation, ensure that documents are accurate, properly updated , compiled and accessible to relevant users of information

You may be fit if:

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field
You have a strong analytical and problem skills
You have a passion for excellent design
You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
You demonstrate a clear sense of personal accountability and have a bias for speed and quality of execution
