  • Provide support to the product roadmap by defining requirements, conducting research, and assisting squads to deliver corporate objectives.

  • Assist with general product programs and initiatives, including participation in squad activities (sprints), documenting requirements, and contributing to the product roadmap.

  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.

  • Help track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and documentation for stakeholders.

  • Research, analyze, and maintain information systems in support of the product roadmap using tools like Jira, Figma, and other product tools.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and work independently.

  • Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologies.

  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

  • A strong growth mindset—you’re willing to learn outside your main expertise to meet team goals.

  • Understanding that success is in the details—you notice things others don’t.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).

  • Experience with product management tools like Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or Tableau is an asset.

Although not required, familiarity or previous experience with:
