Job Description
As a Product Management Lead Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in leading the strategic direction of our Specialty Product Lines, focused on designing iterative enhancements and measuring in-market results, transforming how we approach insurance.You’ll leverage data & analytics, customer & agency insights, in-market learnings, and competitor intelligence to launch and refine a product that raises the industry standard and delivers meaningful value to our customers. You’ll also be responsible for managing the overall health of the product, partnering with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to drive profitable growth. It's an exciting time to work on Specialty Product Lines, with executive leadership's focus and advocacy for bringing the SPL ASC products to market at an accelerated pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design an innovative, best-in-class product that generates a strong return while also serving the unique needs of customers
- Conduct forward-thinking industry and competitor research to shape product design
- Collaborate with business partners and technology experts to deliver market-changing solutions
- Leverage data to analyze business results, influencing both short and long-term strategies to achieve market share growth and profitability goals
- Drive product excellence by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, maximizing business value, and incorporating stakeholder feedback
- Lean into cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Build & Enablement, Distribution) to align on strategies and go-to-market execution
- Measure and communicate business results to build advocacy and ensure awareness throughout the organization
Skills
- Advanced product, pricing, underwriting, and financial knowledge, with working knowledge of personal lines rate plans and product offerings
- Utilizes insights through data, competitor and consumer research, as well as in-market learnings to make decisions
- Ability to understand business tactics to support changing strategies and direction
- Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency, strong commitment and accountability for achieving results
- Collaborates to implement decisions and / or initiatives in an integrated manner
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Proven ability to effectively network and communicate with different types and levels of staff, both written and verbal

Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
