SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Management Executive to lead the strategy and growth of our medium-segment assortment offering. This role will be deeply involved in understanding the market, working closely with customers and internal teams, and making informed decisions about pricing, positioning, and the most effective channels to sell through.This role will report to the Decorative Segment Product Manager and will be based in the head office in New Cairo
Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the segment.
Spend time on the ground—engaging with customers, partners, and sales teams to understand real needs.
Lead decisions on pricing, packaging, and positioning to ensure competitiveness and strong value.
Work with sales, marketing, and channel teams to define the optimal go-to-market approach.
Monitor product performance and use data and market feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Support sales with product knowledge and clear value messaging when needed.

Qualifications We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in B2B , B2C, or similar market; product management experience is preferable.
Strong understanding of pricing, positioning, and market analysis.
Experience working closely with field teams and key stakeholders.
