What you’ll do
The Associate Manager, Product Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our insurance, credit card, and retail banking lines of business. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to bring innovative solutions to market. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams but will not have direct reports.
Support the development and enhancement of credit card and retail banking products to meet market demands and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to bring innovative solutions to market
Develop effective relationships with internal clients, vendors and suppliers to drive and manage delivery of quality, cost effective and timely products or services to our customers
Support product management activities as needed
What you bring
1-3 years of experience in product strategy or strategic planning within the financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take data, identify insights, and influence key stakeholder decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the loyalty, insurance, credit card, and retail banking sectors would be an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88, 000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
