JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Management Analyst supports the delivery of healthcare technology products by translating well-defined needs into clear documentation, analysis, and insights. This role partners with Product Managers, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to ensure requirements are understood, metrics are tracked, and delivery activities are executed accurately and compliantly.
The Product Analyst focuses on execution and support—contributing to discovery and delivery while escalating complex decisions and operating with limited autonomy in alignment with established product direction.
What You’ll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a steward or your respective product and/or user journey, while optimizing for scalability and reusability across the enterprise
- Analyze business, operational, and user requirements to support defined product initiatives and enhancements.
- Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria under the guidance of Product Managers.
- Support product discovery by gathering data, synthesizing findings, and preparing summaries for working sessions.
- Assist with backlog refinement by validating scope clarity, dependencies, and readiness for development.
- Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports to track delivery progress and product performance metrics.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating execution, and documenting outcomes.
- Validate data outputs and reports for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with documented requirements.
- Using data and insights to inform product enhancements and strategy alignment
- Coordinating with design and research teams to perform product discovery and validating hypothesis
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, analytics, and operations teams to clarify questions and track issues to resolution.
- Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and documentation for stakeholder reviews.
- Identify risks, data quality concerns, and requirement gaps, and escalate appropriately to senior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst role.
- Experience supporting product delivery through requirements documentation, analysis, and testing activities.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments and cross functional‑ collaboration.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and governance expectations when handling sensitive healthcare or operational data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or another highly regulated industry.
- Exposure to third party or vendor integrations into a platform as part of a members journey, for example care and clinical coordination
- Exposure to healthcare data concepts such as claims, eligibility, clinical, or operational datasets.
- Familiarity with basic experimentation concepts (e.g., A/B testing support or metric validation).
- Experience using analytics or BI tools to support reporting and product insights.
