Overview
The Product Advisor role will be responsible for supporting the Retiree Drug Subsidy program working with Commercial and Health Plan clients and internal partners on reporting, enrollment, annual reapplication and reconciliation, audits, Notice of Creditable Coverage, and other product needs. The individual will serve as a SME ensuring that clients meet Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) deadlines, assist with questions around product specific reporting, and coordinating with other internal SMEs to ensure client expectations are met. The individual will join client calls when needed, follow up with clients and internal partners to ensure deadlines are met, and track issues to completion.
Key accountabilities include
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and account teams
- Support multiple clients with varying CMS deadlines
- Coordinate with internal partners to provide timely and accurate reporting to clients
- Provide audit support as needed
- Monitor and resolve client issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, health care industry a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Ability to manage work load and meet critical deadlines
- Strong learning skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills are preferable
