What You'll Do- Assist with implementation of engineering projects focused on operational productivity and process improvement.
- Support automation initiatives that streamline manufacturing processes and reduce manual effort.
- Design, improve, and optimize fixtures, tooling, and equipment to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and operational excellence initiatives.
- Document project results and provide recommendations for future enhancements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
