We are seeking a Product Line Engineering Intern to join our operations team and support projects that drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement within our aerospace manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with implementation of engineering projects focused on operational productivity and process improvement.
  • Support automation initiatives that streamline manufacturing processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Design, improve, and optimize fixtures, tooling, and equipment to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Document project results and provide recommendations for future enhancements.

  • Software development, programming, or coding experience.
  • CAD modeling and drafting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$29-34/ Hour
