We’re looking for a Product Lifecycle Analyst - Supply Chain to drive product version changes and hold the pivotal role between our Product & Technology and our Supply Chain teams. Roles & Responsibilities

As product lifecycle coordinator, you drive Product Version Transitions, guaranteeing continuous supply to our customers.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Drive Phase-in and Phase-out of products: Lead and execute the phase-in/phase-out of product versions after handover from Product & Technology team.
  • Support material planning: Support the procurement team with analyzing and plannig of finished goods (FG) and raw material (RM) inventory for phase-out and phase-in product.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Inform internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Customers) about Product Change Notifications, transition timelines, last-time-buy (LTB), and last-time-ship (LTS) dates.
  • Process Execution: Trigger and coordinate all supply chain and data publishing activities related to product version transitions. Create and maintain product master data in ERP (D365).
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements for version transitions, leveraging automation and cross-functional feedback to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Product Compliance: Support the Product Compliance Team with acquiring and maintaining product compliance data such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Mineral, Prop 65, etc.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Drive digitalization and scalable processes; drive automation
  • Product Compliance: Familiar with REACH, RoHS, TSCA, CA Prop 65, CMRT.
  • Systems Thinking: Connect the dots, keep the big picture; decide, manage risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to deliver excellent results.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement lifecycle cost reductions.
  • Tooling: ERP (D365), Jira/Confluence for data, transitions, and automation.
  • English Fluent: Strong command of spoken and written English for global collaboration and documentation.
