Position Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our studio focused on creating brand new games. In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution across the full game lifecycle — from ideation, through development, to post-launch optimization.
You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team of developers, designers, analysts, and producers to build innovative features and game mechanics that will delight players and drive business impact. You’ll be expected to think big, move fast, and take full ownership of your game’s success.
- Own the product vision and strategy for a new game in development.
- Lead and manage product, art and other business functions in the team providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
- Drive collaboration across a cross-functional team of developers, designers, analysts, and producers to deliver high-impact features.
- Oversee product planning, estimations, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with game goals.
- Be hands-on when needed – from writing specs and analyzing data to supporting live operations.
- Use data, player insights, and market trends to shape the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
- Monitor game KPIs and continuously optimize product performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and player-first thinking.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry (mobile or social games preferred).
- Proven experience leading product development in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for games, user experience, and innovation.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play economies and monetization strategies.
- Previous startup or new product development experience – a big plus.
- Ability to “get things done” while inspiring and aligning others around a shared vision.
