Product Lead (Work Management & Upmarket)

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the next evolution of our Work Management & Upmarket Strategy. This is a high-impact role at the heart of monday.com’s core product, where you’ll shape solutions that redefine how enterprise and upmarket customers plan, execute, and succeed.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven success delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments.
• A track record of turning market insights into strategy and strategy into results.
• Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research - from interviews to A/B testing.
• Passion for world-class UX and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on board.
• Self-starter mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• (Bonus) Experience in security, consulting, or entrepreneurial roles.
