All about the role: 

 
As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, design systems, connectivity platform, and digital services. 

We’re looking for a Product Lead to join us on our journey. 

What you'll do: 

You will work together with highly skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional product teams, and with other Product, Engineering and Design Managers, to create and evolve the next generation mobile application for connected Wellbeing appliances like air purifiers and robotic vacuum cleaners.

In detail, you will:

  • Be accountable to deliver an excellent set of products and experiences and create real world impact according to the company strategic goals.

  • Define, drive, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Collaborate closely with the Wellbeing product line to align the digital strategy with the company vision, as well as to understand markets dynamics, competition, industry trends, and user needs in depth.

  • Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure your teams have the right level of support.

  • Evangelize the product across the company and educate stakeholders and users on benefits and value.

  • Prioritize features, experiments, user testing, integrations, performance, security, global scalability, and unit economy.

  • Challenge ways of working to ensure we continuously learn, evolve and improve.

  • Co-lead the teams based in Stockholm and Kuala Lumpur alongside your Engineering and Design counterparts, and lead product managers helping them growing towards their developmental goals and career ambitions.

Who you are:

  • A Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in a user-centric agile environment at scale, with a proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to consumers in a fast-paced environment.

  • A digitally native leader, capable of translating trade-offs choices into user and business value, and making decisions based on data, scalability and expected return, balancing short and long term.

  • Experienced with user-centric design methodologies, Agile frameworks, digital product lifecycle, and modern product management practices such as Product Discovery and Unit Economy.

  • Proven experience in leading multiple cross-functional product teams, with a hands-on attitude, working closely to the team with engineering and design counterparts.

  • Excellent communicator, facilitating alignments across teams, engineering and design leadership, and the Wellbeing product line.

  • Capable of coaching Product Managers of different seniority towards the Product Management career ladder.

Where you'll be: 

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden), where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we enjoy the look and feel of the office! 

You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
