At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The opportunity:

As a Product Lead, Validated Solutions at the SE7 level, you will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI and analytics products within a strictly regulated environment. You will lead the execution of complex technical roadmaps, ensuring that every solution is robustly validated and compliant with global standards. Acting as a strategic partner, you will drive delivery excellence by resolving intricate bottlenecks and aligning advanced technological capabilities with critical business health objectives.

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Independently manages the full delivery lifecycle of AI and analytics solutions. Ensures rigorous solution validation across various capabilities and steers teams through complex technical hurdles. Mentors junior delivery managers and champions best practices in agile delivery and model compliance.

• Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads the steering of complex AI projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery accountability. Drives root cause analysis for delivery delays and ensures comprehensive validation of AI models. Responsible for the design and validation of effective, compliant solutions while driving process improvement initiatives. Acts as a tech lead or product owner to guarantee requirements traceability and high-quality product releases.

• Stakeholder Leadership: Strategically manages a diverse range of stakeholders across functional areas to align delivery outcomes with business strategy. Facilitates workshops and resolves cross-squad conflicts to ensure seamless integration of AI products. Acts as a trusted advisor, shaping stakeholder perspectives on AI feasibility and delivery timelines while managing expectations in complex, large-scale projects.

• Impact/Strategy: Demonstrates strong and consistent performance across diverse products, with impact typically extending to a specific product, initiative, or cluster. Contributes to the achievement of product initiatives and domain goals by ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs and provide demonstrable value. Translates requirements into strategic implementation plans, evaluates solution options (including cost-benefit analysis), and develops comprehensive stakeholder maps. Takes a proactive role in shaping team processes, best practices, and organizational development, often contributing to Communities of Practice (CoPs).

• Complexity/ (Product Size): Manages delivery management and solution validation activities for high-scale AI products within the domain. Navigates intricate stakeholder environments and manages interdependencies between data science, engineering, and compliance workstreams to ensure alignment with overarching organizational goals.

• Business/Technical ability: Demonstrates a strong understanding of the business domain, related technologies, and their interdependencies. Can independently apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis. Effectively handles interdependencies, managing the interconnections between various processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Proven track record in Product Leadership, with extensive experience driving end-to-end delivery of complex digital products.

• Deep expertise in delivering Data/AI/ML-driven solutions within highly regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, or MedTech).

• Demonstrated success in orchestrating compliance and validation workstreams (CSV, GxP) as an integrated component of the product lifecycle.

• Experience leading agile transformation and organizational change, specifically within high-growth product teams.

• Proven ability to build and sustain influence with senior stakeholders, bridging technical requirements with business strategy.

Technical Skills

• AI/Analytics Product Lifecycle: End-to-end ownership from concept to production, including model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.

• Expertise in leading the implementation of Agile frameworks, delivery methodologies, and other best practices.

• Validated Solutions (GxP/CSV): Advanced proficiency in applying validation frameworks to AI/ML models, ensuring full regulatory compliance without compromising delivery speed.

• Strategic Delivery: Ability to translate complex market trends and business needs into actionable, high-impact product roadmaps.

• Methodology Expertise: Mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks, with a practical focus on scaling delivery and resolving cross-functional bottlenecks.

• Analytical Leadership: Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to perform complex requirements analysis and evaluate technology fit for large-scale enterprise environments.

• Cultural Leadership: Proven ability to foster a culture of excellence, mentor delivery teams, and drive process automation.

• Cross-Functional Bridge: Exceptional communication skills, specifically in synthesizing technical/validation hurdles for non-technical leadership and regulatory bodies.

Who you are:

• Experience: Proven track record in Product Leadership, with extensive experience driving the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products (Required).

• Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in delivering Data, AI, or Machine Learning solutions within highly regulated environments like Pharma, Diagnostics, or MedTech (Required).

• Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated success in orchestrating validation frameworks (e.g., GxP, Computer Systems Validation) as an integrated component of the product lifecycle (Required).

• Agile Leadership: Mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks, with a practical focus on scaling delivery and resolving cross-squad or cross-functional hurdles (Required).

• Certifications: Professional certifications in Product Management (e.g., SAFe, PSPO) or Compliance/Quality (e.g., CQA, RAC) (Preferred).

• Competencies: An exceptional communicator capable of synthesizing complex technical and validation barriers for non-technical commercial leadership and regulatory bodies.

• Salary range: 19,075.00 - 35,425.00 PLN monthly gross based on the employment contract.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
